Can people be that careless?

I reached office at 7.00am this morning. Early huh? hehehe. I left home early everyday by choice so that I can escape the morning traffic madness in KL.

Anyway, in the parking lot, i saw a parking spot next to a silver Vios. The lady driver was getting out from the car when I begin to maneuver my car into reverse parking position. From my rear-view mirror, I can see the lady was standing next to her car just to make sure that I did not knock her expensive car while I attempting my reverse parking. Come on la, I did reverse parking literally everyday. When I used to work in a plant, reverse parking is a mandatory! so I had all the practice I needed after 3 and a half years working in the plant. Not to brag or anything, but I can reverse park in just 1 attempt, or sometimes two if the space is too small.. hahaha

Anyway, she left after ensuring that her care is safe. So after parking my car, change my shoe to high-heels, and touching-up my make-up, I got out from my car. As I was about to close my door, I saw something unbelievable at the next car, yes, the kiasu-lady's car. Look what I saw below

OMG, how can she be that careless?? I think it is acceptable if she forgot to close the front cover of the fuel-tank, but forgot to put back the fuel cap??? Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, Oh My God!!! (bak kate Usher)
